Timesheets -
Grownote timesheet functionality allows you to record time for staff by location, date, activity, start time and end time. You can specify the total break time and Grownote will calculate the hours worked for the day. You can add item counts to time entries for piece work and Grownote will also calculate the total hours worked and the achieved hourly rate based on the count and hours worked. Time entries can be reported on by date, location, activity, crew and staff, allowing you to see your wage bill exactly for any combination of the above. Blank timesheets can be printed. Time entries can easily be sent to/viewed by your payroll department and a csv file for payroll system import is also created if required. Staff holiday accrual is also calculated based on user defined criteria.
