Our support services are free but we would encourage you to follow this process in resolving any challenges you may be having:
If you're just getting started, have you tried our really clever Setup Wizard. It's in the top, right-hand corner of your screen, just below the orange logout button. Hard to miss!
Next to the Setup Wizard button is the "About this form" button. These are found on most forms, certainly on the busy ones that may take some getting used to. Try one out if you’re stuck.
If 1 & 2 haven't helped, its now time to start thinking about dropping us a line. Email is great because we get it quickly and we can pass it on to exactly the right person. Some of our team even pick these up on their smartphones, so you'll be surprised how quickly you'll get a response.
Okay – time to try the old-fashioned way and give us a call. If all the above (surprisingly) haven't worked and you're getting a bit frustrated, give us a call on the number at the bottom of the page. Usual business hours are 8-5, Mon-Fri for us. At night or over weekends and public holidays, you may find an email still works better.
Our Grownote Online Help File is under development and will be up soon. We'll also be starting a community blog soon, so that you can chat to other Grownote users and compare notes. And we'll keep an eye on the discussions to help out wherever we can.
